Talent Management

The systematic attraction , deployment and development of individuals who are  of particular value to the organization ,either because they fulfill critical roles or they possess higher future potential( CIPD , 2015). Talent management  is the usage of strategic human resource planning to improve business value and to reach the organizational goals effectively.This  is concerned as a holistic strategy to hire employees, train them and retain the best employees in organizations.
